Qubahan Education Journal (QEJ) recognizes that artificial-intelligence-assisted technologies may support research and scholarly communication when used responsibly and transparently.

Artificial intelligence systems, large language models, and similar technologies cannot be listed as authors or co-authors.

Human authors remain fully responsible and accountable for all submitted and published content.

Substantive use of generative AI must be disclosed. The disclosure should identify:

• The tool used
• The purpose of its use
• The part of the research or manuscript affected

Authors must independently verify AI-assisted content for factual accuracy, originality, references, copyright compliance, confidentiality, bias, and scholarly integrity.

AI-generated or AI-suggested references must be verified against authentic original sources.

Reviewers and editors must not upload confidential manuscripts, figures, data, or unpublished material to external AI systems where confidentiality cannot be assured.

Final editorial decisions must always be made by qualified human editors.

Undisclosed or inappropriate AI use that compromises scholarly integrity may result in editorial investigation.
