Qubahan Education Journal (QEJ) is an open-access journal.

Article Processing Charge (APC): US$750 per accepted article.

There is no manuscript submission fee.

The APC becomes payable only after a manuscript has successfully completed peer review and received formal editorial acceptance.

• Online publication
• Digital preservation
• DOI-related publishing services where applicable
• Long-term maintenance of published content

Payment of the APC does not guarantee acceptance or publication and has no influence on peer-review or editorial decisions.

Official invoices are issued only after formal acceptance.

Where the journal operates an approved waiver or discount program, requests are handled separately from scientific evaluation.
